Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a clinical-grade skin analysis:

• Responses to the Skin Quiz (Skin type, gender, habits).
• Severity analysis results and classification types.
• Diagnostic confidence scores.
• Anonymous usage statistics to improve our neural models.

We do NOT store your facial images.

When you upload a photo for analysis:

1. The image is sent to our secure Flask backend as raw bytes.
2. Our neural engine processes the image in memory.
3. The image bytes are immediately deleted from memory.
4. Only the resulting text-based data (severity, acne type) is returned and saved.

In accordance with GDPR and DPDP regulations, you have the full right to:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of all text data stored about your profile.
• Right to Erasure: Request the immediate deletion of your history and profile.
• Right to Portability: Download your analysis data in a standard JSON format.
